Rent-a-Hen Business policies These are to re-assure you that we take our responsibilities to you, our customers, seriously and to set out our terms of business clearly. If you have any queries, please contact us by email, phone or write to the address listed on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Privacy policy Personal information - we will need your name, address, contact information which we will store in our databases, used by ourselves and not shared with anyone else. Please let us know if any information is incorrect. Financial information - We do not store your financial details. Cancellation/Refund policy Weekly/Fortnightly cancellation of boxes - You are free to cancel egg boxes up to 72 hours before your delivery day, we will add the corresponding number of boxes onto the end of your contract (you can also make additions and we will alter your end date accordingly). Cancellations made after this time can be made but we will not alter your end date as the eggs will already have been assigned. Part contract cancellation - Should you wish to cancel your contract, all we ask is a weeks notice and we will give you a full pro-rata refund for the remaining portion of your contract. In the unlikely event that we need to, we can cancel any contract with a weeks notice and a full pro-rata refund for the remaining portion of the contract will be given. Missing/Broken boxes - Should any boxes arrived damaged or not arrive at all (possibly stolen), we will add the corresponding number of boxes onto the end of your contract. Delivery Policy In the unlikely event of us being unable to deliver your eggs on your assigned delivery day (extreme weather for example) we will add the corresponding number of boxes onto the end of your contract.
